As a teenager, I found my path into competitive sports.<\/p>\n

I played volleyball up to the regional league and then worked for several years as a coach and assistant coach in the first and second divisions as well as in youth high-performance development. I am still active as a coach today.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

My time in a professional environment has shaped my perspective on sport\u2014particularly regarding how strongly off-field conditions influence actual performance.
Following professional roles in leadership positions within the sports and fitness sector as well as in sales, this perspective became even more refined.
Today, I work with athletes and clubs who want to approach these topics in a more structured and intentional way.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
